A 67 yr old male patient, newly diagnosed case of T2DM

A 67 yr old male patient, newly diagnosed case of T2DM had complaints of lowback pain radiating to right lower limb since 20 days.He was diagnosed with Intervertebral disc prolapse.MRI lumbar spine findings showed disc protrusion and disc bulge at multiple levels He was unable to walk properly or to stand for prolonged duration.

After a course of 2 weeks treatment in our hospital, according to patient, he had 99% percent relief from all symptoms .He was able to walk and stand properly and do all his daily activities without any difficulty.
