Leukorrhea

Female patient aged 42 years came with a complaint of foul smelling white discharge from vagina associated with lower back pain, itching in vulva, burning sensation while passing urine since 2 years. Her haematological and serological parameters and abdominal USG was found to be normal. After the detailed case history it is found that the cause of the complaints are due to faulty diet and lifestyle.

Patient was treated by Vaginal douche with Lodra and Vata Kashaya twice daily. Advised proper life style and diet to be followed. After 7 days of local treatment her symptoms got relieved. Proper hygiene and following proper diet are advised to prevent the further infections.
