Remarkable reduction in the urinary symptoms and the displacement of uterus

Patient aged 54yrs had consulted Prasuti tantra & streeroga OPD with complaints of mass per vagina and urgency in micturition since 1 year. On examination and investigations diagnosed as cystocele and second degree prolapse. Advised treatments are - yoni abyanga, ksheeradhooma & pichu for one week. Patient advised to perform Kegels exercise daily. After 3 weeks of follow up period with internal medication, patient finds remarkable reduction in the urinary symptoms and the displacement of uterus.
